HOW
IT WORKS:

on the basis of written instructions (search mandate) so that we can

WHAT
IT COSTS:
We work on a
simple 2-tier fee structure:
Search
Fee
- We will search through local agents/notaires to come up with a
short list of properties matching the requirements of your
mandate. Full details, including room measurements, photos will be
sent by post or email. Once you are
happy with the selection, a
2-day accompanied visit will be arranged to include 2 nights in a
B&B or gîte (All fuel and travel expenses and additional
meals will be at your cost.) The
search fee of 600€ will be payable at the beginning of the
search process.
Finders
Fee
- If you buy one of the properties through us we will also assist you
with: negotiation, all paperwork and meetings with agent/notaire, and
accompany you
to final signature for a fee of 1% of
the net vendor price.
This will be payable on completion.
What
these
fees do not include - Any
additional work or services undertaken for the client during, or
after the completion of the search. This will be individually priced
and billed according to the services provided - this
will only be done after discussion with no hidden surprises.
We
also offer a 10% discount on any of our relocation packages to those
using our property search service!
