Translation of relevant records/documents (e.g. academic, health, vaccination) for up to 2 children.   Property Search Package 600€ This includes completion of a mandate of research for all your requirements. We will then search through local agents/notaires to come up with a short list of properties. Full details, including room measurements, photos will be sent by post or email. A 2 day accompanied visit will be arranged to include 2 nights in a B&B or gîte (All fuel and travel expenses and additional meals will be at your cost.) If you buy one of the properties through us we will also assist you with: negotiation, all paperwork and liaison with agent/notaire, mortgage arrangment/advice, and accompany you to final signature for a fee of 1% of the net vendor price.
